Sheep Pregnancy Tracker ("the App", "we", "us") is an offline-first gestation calculator and flock breeding log for sheep farmers, hobbyists, and veterinary students. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Data You Enter Into the App

When you use the Flock Log feature, you may enter details such as Ewe ID/Tag, breed, Sire ID/Tag, breeding date, ultrasound scan results, and notes. This information is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data on any server. It is not shared with us or with any third party. If you uninstall the App or clear its storage, this data is permanently deleted.

2. Advertising

The App displays banner advertisements served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect certain technical information, which can include:

This data collection is performed by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data disclosure documentation. Where required by your region (e.g. EEA, UK), the App will request your consent before showing personalized ads.

The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage permissions, and does not use any authentication or account sign-in.

4. Data Sharing

Other than the automatic, aggregated data collected by Google AdMob described above, we do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences (farmers, hobbyists, and students) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all flock records live only in the App's local storage on your device, you are always in control. You can delete individual records inside the App, or remove all data instantly by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage from your device's App Settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
